We have emails coming in from people that we have received from for many years with no problems. But now (since 6.5 upgrade) attachments coming from them are saying
"MIME content for this item is stored in attachment $RFC822.eml."
or similar. The senders use Outlook and are sending to our Notes environment. I have asked them to try re-sending with the rich-text turned off, but that hasn't worked either. Besides that, I find it hard to believe that it should be a setting on their machines if we've always received from them with no probs and now since 6.5 migration there's a problem.
When I open the attachment it opens an Outlook Express window (obviously) and then I can save the attachments from there anywhere I like, but ideally I should be able to open the attachments from Notes as normal.
